Get on the Bus

In a long, rambling discourse on why he chose the rubric Identity Reform (mostly about pollsters and word choice. Hate to break the news, but this has been going on for over 50 years that I'm aware of) - Chris Ceppi brings out this response from Kim Cameron:
We need to think in terms of an "identity bus" that allows individuals and organizations to "plug in" such alternatives. I see the emergence of these alternatives as being the essential vehicle by which all the relevant parties can posit and influence our digital identity future.

Which all leads back to the personal directory, with worldwide federation. It's a sound concept, but needs to be incorporated within the operating systems in order to be successful.
