The Triumph of Logic

In a long-overdue moment of lucidity, a California judge has tossed out a case challenging electronic voting safeguards.

Judge Raymond M. Cadei rejected arguments by a group of so-called concerned citizens that millions of California voters would be relying on new technology that is vulnerable to electoral mischief. "The petitioners have failed to provide any evidence of an actual threat,'' Cadei said at the close of the hearing.

Finally, someone willing to stand up to Chicken Little and point out that the sky is still firmly in place!
