Their time is past

The AP is reporting that radio & TV Broadcasters feel left out of the World Summit on the Information Society. Guillaume Chenevière, executive director of a parallel media forum and a former head of Switzerland's state-owned TSR TV station, said broadcasters feel the so-called World Summit on the Information Society will be like a "conference on agriculture without farmers." Actually, its more like a conference on agriculture without fishermen.
